South Lyon shuts out Allen Park 5-0 to earn first Division 1 championship
South Lyon beat Allen Park 5-0 to earn its first Michigan High School Athletic Association Softball Division 1 Championship. Freshman Ava Bradshaw earned the shutout on the mound, striking out nine and allowing only three hits for South Lyon (30-6-2). Bradshaw added a double and two RBI at the plate. Senior Riley Bourlier had a single and double, drove in two runs, and scored a run. Senior Julia Duncan had a hit and an RBI. Box score

Owosso rallies to beat Marysville 8-5 to earn first Division 2 championship
Owosso defeated Marysville 8-5 to earn its first Michigan High School Athletic Association Softball Division 2 Championship. Down 5-2, Owosso scored four runs in the fourth and two runs in the fifth to earn the victory. Senior Macy Irelan got the win on the mound, striking out nine for the Trojans (37-3). She added a single and a double, driving in two runs at the plate. Senior Reyn Tuttle had a double and two RBI. Sophomore Jamie Maier had a home run. Box score

Richmond edges Buchanan 2-1 to take home Division 3 championship
Richmond edged Buchanan 2-1 to win the Michigan High School Athletic Association Softball Division 3 Championship. Down 1-0, Richmond (31-5) scored two runs in the sixth inning for the victory. Senior Shea VanScoter earned the win on the mound, striking out nine and allowing only three hits. Sophomore Piper Clark had three hits and scored a run. Junior Lauren Creon scored the Blue Devils' other run. Seniors Jaelyn Amhdar and Makayla Revord drove in the runs. Box score

Unionville-Sebewaing Area pounds Rudyard 14-1 to repeat as Division 4 champions
Unionville-Sebewaing Area defeated Rudyard 14-1 to win the Michigan High School Athletic Association Softball Division 4 Championship for the second-straight season. Senior Brynn Polega earned the win on the mound for Unionville-Sebewaing (40-3), striking out 19 batters and allowing only one hit. She added two hits and an RBI at the plate. Freshman Gabriella Crumm had two doubles and four RBI. Senior Emily Rieman had four hits, three RBI, and scored two runs. Box score
